Instructions
1 Make sure every person is out of the ride. Remove all foreign objects including dirt or leaves. Shut off blower fan and remove from inflation tube and open deflation tube. Remove hold down stakes and clean with wiping rag.
2 Stand in front. The front has the doorway in it. Fold all columns, sides, and inflation and deflation tubes into the base area.

In this article I am going to show you how to make a small posy-shaped crystal bouquet, with agapanthus flowers through it.
You will need...
* Crimping tool
* 3 Camellia's
* 100 crimps
* 7 Agapanthus flowers
* 50 Flat head pins(in gold or silver)
* 7 Camellia leaves
* 21 Large crystals all the same color or all different colors
* 7 Small reflective black crystals (With a mother-of-pearl like shine)
* 7 Clear small crystals
* 7 Purple small crystals
* 3 Teardrop medium reflective clear crystals
* 7 figure of eight bows
Step 1: Wiring and Taping...
Wire and tape all flowers and leaves. You can wire and tape the medium reflective clear crystals just like you would with flowers- just pass the wire through the holes at the bottom of the freshwater pearl bracelets crystal, and then tape.
Step 2: Crimping...
Now attach all the remaining crystals to the flat head pins. Do this by passing the pin through the top of the crystal, and then placing a crimp onto the bottom of the wire. Use the crimping tool to freshwater pearl earrings squeeze the crimp onto the wire. Make sure the pin is held tight so that the crystal doesn't wobble around.
Step 3: Wire and Tape the remaining crystals...
Wire and tape all the remaining crystals.

Step 4: Start adding the flowers to the crystal bouquet...
Hold your camellia's in one hand, and fan them out slightly.

Now we start to add the crystals to the bouquet.
Begin with the large crystals first...
Place three in the centre around the agapanthus.
Sit the crystals up slightly higher than the flowers. This is important, as we want the crystals to be the main focus- after all, this is a crystal bouquet!
Place a small piece of tape near the top of freshwater pearl pendant the bouquet to help stabilize the crystal bouquet. Then once again fan out the flowers.
Step 6: Add more crystals...
Add the next layer of crystals.
Once again make sure they are sitting slightly above the flowers.

Step 7: Add the smaller crystals...
Once all the large crystals are added, then start to add the small ones.
Place the small purple crystals in the centre, tape them in place, and then fan them out.
Step 8: Add the small black crystals...
Add the small black reflective crystals next as in step seven.
Leave one or two in the centre of the bouquet as they will help to add color.
Repeat this until all the small crystals are added.
Step 9: Add the teardrop crystals...
Place the three medium-teardrop crystals in the centre of the bouquet, and fan them out slightly.
Step 10: Add figure-of-eight bows...
Place the 7 figure of eight bows around the outside of the bouquet to frame it.
Then fill in the gaps with the camellia leaves.
Step 11: Finish the crystal bouquet...
The final step in making a crystal bouquet is to trim the wires, and then tape the handle.
Thats it! You've made a beautiful crystal bouquet!
You don't have to follow the above steps exactly for your crystal bouquet- consider them more of a guide. You may want to add other flowers, or different types of crystals to your bouquet. You may even want to make your crystal bouquet out of crystals ONLY, without any additional flowers.

"These are power brokers that make a difference," says Leslie Hortum, manager of the Washington office of cultured freshwater pearl executive search firm Spencer Stuart, which has placed a number of individuals, including Glickman, at top-paying associations. "They are rainmakers. They get their phone calls returned. And organizations are willing to pay."
Glickman and Tauzin were among 68 CEOs, presidents, executive directors, and other leaders of trade associations, professional societies, think tanks, interest groups, and labor unions who took home pay and benefits packages of $1 million or more in 2006, according to National Journal's ninth biennial salary survey. The survey was based on the annual reports, known as Form 990s, that 737 organizations filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Because of filing delays and extensions, the survey reflects salaries paid between two and three years ago.
The major headline is the continuing rise in the number of millionaires from two years ago, when we identified 48, as well as those CEOs making more than $500,000 a year. In 2006, 195 executives broke the half-million-dollar mark, compared with 145 two years previously, and 120 in 2002. From 2004 to 2006, the median increase for Washington CEOs in our surveys was 12 percent -- which included deferred compensation, bonuses, retirement benefits, and personal allowances on top of straight salary.
A combination of factors has been driving the fatter paychecks, among them Washington's significant impact on corporate America's bottom line and the role that trade associations and advocacy groups play in shaping pubic policy and legislation. An individual who can navigate the political process, gain access to lawmakers, and manage an organization while keeping it in the black is in high demand. Increasingly that person is, like Tauzin and Glickman, a former member of Congress, Cabinet member, or governor, although most association chieftains still come from outside the political world.
And just as the for-profit sector awards generous bonuses to chief executives for meeting performance goals, nonprofit groups are using monetary incentives to keep an effective, motivated leader at the helm. In return for the generous compensation, those executives are expected to deliver.
The Art Of Wooing
It's not easy being a superdelegate. Consider Sarah Swisher, the vice chair of Iowa's Democratic Party: "So far, I've been for [John] Edwards and [Hillary Rodham] Clinton, and now my union has endorsed [Barack] Obama," Swisher said last week. She had originally endorsed the coral jewelry former senator from North Carolina in the caucuses but switched her support to the senator from New York after Edwards dropped out of the race. Then the Service Employees International Union, of which Swisher is a member, came out for the senator from Illinois.
Like many superdelegates, Swisher is at the pearl beads center of the pitched battle between Obama and Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination -- a fight that could turn on her vote and those of the 796 other superdelegates, the elected and party officials who have automatic seats on the convention floor in Denver.
And like many superdelegates, Swisher has been tugged in different directions. She was personally lobbied by Harold Ickes, the freshwater pearl head of the Clinton superdelegate apparatus and a fellow member of the Democratic National Committee. Swisher's governor, Chet Culver, who has endorsed Obama, also lobbied her.
After reflecting on the race and her union's endorsement, Swisher decided to switch to Obama. When she called to inform the Clinton camp of her decision, Swisher said, they were "very nice and understanding."
"I think the superdelegate thing is pumped up and getting way too much attention," she said. "I believe it's going to be, as it ought to be, decided by the will of the greater party -- all those people who have voted in primaries and the delegates who have come up through the county conventions and state conventions."
But both Clinton and Obama are courting superdelegates as if they will be the deciders, a position that many who remain undecided are not eager to be in. Said former Democratic Rep. Tim Roemer of Indiana, who is helping to round up superdelegates for Obama: "A couple of them liked the attention and enjoyed talking, but a number of them seem ready to go on a three-month vacation to Mount Everest."
And Roemer faces some stiff competition in his hunt for superdelegates. He said that in the past few weeks he has called at least a half-dozen superdelegates who recently had either spoken to former President Clinton or had messages from him on their answering machines.
The Hunters
The Clinton and Obama campaigns are expanding their outreach efforts to woo superdelegates. In the Clinton camp, Ickes, the veteran party strategist and longtime adviser to both Hillary and Bill Clinton, oversees a team of about a dozen people that meets twice a week to exchange intelligence on the superdelegate count and to discuss strategies. Ickes is also drawing on the extensive network of Clinton administration alumni outside the campaign staff to assist in monitoring and to determine the best ways to approach individual superdelegates.
"We're expanding our delegate-selection team," Ickes said, noting that getting superdelegates on board has become harder for both campaigns. "When the process first started, we both got people who were natural supporters." But now, he added, new pickups have become scarcer "given how evenly positioned the two campaigns are."
Generally, Ickes said, superdelegates express a "variety of concerns" as they try to make up their minds. For members of Congress, one worry is how an endorsement will "play" in their district or state. Ickes said that some superdelegates may want assurances that they'll be consulted on issues on which they may differ with the candidate, so that "they're not blindsided."
Other superdelegates may seek assurances that they can expect fundraising help, if needed. "All of this is very legitimate," he said, but stressed: "There are no promises qua promises."
Part of the effort involves keeping superdelegates informed of campaign developments, so that they don't get jittery. Last week, for example, Ickes met with about 30 members on Capitol Hill to talk about Clinton's recent string of primary setbacks.
